Send us a picture or other artwork of your pet and our label designer at Carivintâs Winery will create a custom label for your wine! Order 6 or more and get a discount! The price includes the set-up fee, label printing, and the wine. You can choose any of the individual wines we have available (See the Wines section for choices). In the "Special Instructions" section of the order form, please indicate which wine(s) you want. After ordering please email your photo to info@carivintas.com, then we'll contact with you to discuss your label. ***Remember that the quality of the photo submitted is the most important factor in determining the quality of the label produced ***
