• Email us a photo of your pet or anything else (that's legal of course!).
• Our resident artist will create a digital painted label just for you.
• We can design a photo label using your digital image if you prefer.

Step 1: Select one of the links below for 1, 6, or 12 bottles. Photo or digital design.
Step 2: Fill out your billing and shipping information, final quantities and wine selection.
Step 3: Send a separate email with the photo(s) of your label image to:
info@dogloverswineclub.com
If people or pets are the label images, please include
the personal names of each person/animal in the body of the email.
That's it! . . . Unless you want a custom print which is a great companion
to the custom labeled wine. Go to the art gallery>custom portrait section to order.

• Before we print and label the wine, we will email you a label proof of the design
for approval to the email address on your order form.
